If you are scheduling after hours, someone will call you to confirm your appointment in the morning.  If you are a new client, we require a valid phone to confirm your appointment.  If you do not provide a valid phone number, you may forfeit this appointment.  All no shows or cancelations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service.  We may also ask for a deposit.  Our online booking software does not allow for clients to cancel appointments, so please call or email the salon if you need to cancel or change an appointment.  For price quotes, please call the salon at 619-795-7070.  We look forward to seeing you.
