*Stated service times are approximate and include 15 minutes extra time for you to settle in the facial room, checking out and cleanup.  For example a 60 minute facial will be booked for 75minutes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand life happens, but please note if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you may incur a charge of 50% of canceled appointment.  

 Same day cancellations will incur charges of 100% of canceled appointment.

No cancellation notification/no show will result in 100% of the missed appointment.

Late or no cancellation or no shows will result in Inner Glow Skin Care needing to hold a valid credit card number.  Your future appointments will be charged accordingly.

A no show or late cancellation automatically voids a gift certificate and/or any special offers or pricing you may have been planning to use during that missed appointment.

If you believe adverse weather conditions will prevent you from being able to get to your appointment please cancel at least 48 hours prior to the day of your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellations fees.  

Inner Glows’ scheduling system sends out at least two notifications of your appointment. One to confirm and one reminder two days prior to your scheduled time.
