Late Policy: In order to remain on schedule for all our clients...if you are late we may have to shorten your service and you'll be charged full price.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit for all hair services. We ask that you kindly provide 48Hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We reserve the time booked exclusively for you to give you the best service possible! A valid credit card is required to be placed on file in order to reserve your appointment. All confirmation messages are sent out 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment as well as a reminder message 24 hours prior. Please confirm your appointment or provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. When appointments are canceled less than 48 hours in advance or missed, we are unable to offer this opportunity to another guest. Less than 48 hours notice will automatically be charged 50% of the reserved appointment amount to the card on file. No show appointment will automatically be charged 100% of the reserved appointment amount to the card on file.
