BARE NY LASER'S 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES

Your appointment times are exclusively reserved for you, and we appreciate your understanding of our spa's scheduling policies. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us over 24 hours in advance.

Reservation: All services require a credit card or gift certificate for reservation confirmation. Have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready during the booking process. You will only be billed in the event of an Under 24-Hour Cancellation or NO SHOW. Payment options can be chosen during checkout.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations within 24 hours or NO SHOWS result in the loss of session(s) or a cancellation fee, configured to the booked time. This policy is in place to acknowledge the value of your time as well as that of our staff. Missed appointments not only impact our business but also affect potential clients who could have booked the same slot. Additionally, our staff may have committed to an "on-call" status and traveled to the spa specifically for your service. Consequently, compensation is essential to cover their time and make up for lost revenue.
