All color/chemical services require a credit card on file. 

Cancellation Policy –Clients that no call/no show will be charged 20% of the appointment cost. 

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please call the salon to do so at LEAST 24 HOURS in advance. Appointments that are rescheduled over 24 hours in advance will not be charged 20% of the appointment fee.

When booking for a chemical service please note that a wash, cut, and style is included. 

If you are having issues booking online with your desired hair stylist - please call the salon to book.  In these cases, calling the salon allows the staff to make sure you are booked under the correct sylists with the correct service.
