2. Please understand that all pricing shown are STARTING prices and prices may vary depending on the actual service performed, length & thickness of hair and additional products used.

3. If you are new to Rebel'tude, or are not exactly sure what services you need to get the look you want, please call the salon or schedule a complimentary consultation. If the wrong service is booked online, there is no guarantee we will be able to do what you need/want the day of your appointment.

4. Please choose ONE stylist to do all HAIR services that will be performed at one appointment. We want to give you the best experience possible and have you see the same stylist from consultation to blow out!  Choosing multiple stylists for one appointment will cause us to have to adjust or cancel your appointment on our end.

5. Many times the online booking system will not allow you to book the service you need because it only allows for pre-set time slots. If you can't find a time/day that works online, please call us to see if we can squeeze you in!

6. If you are a NEW client and are booking a lengthy or color service, we will contact you to collect a deposit to hold your appointment. Deposits are $100 and will be applied to your services on the day of your appointment.

7. We may offer discounts for combining certain services (example color & cut). It is better to book multiple services by phone, as the online system only allows for single service time slots and many times it will not require as much time to do multiple services at once.

8. Please be advised that there are no children under the age of 12 allowed on the salon floor. Also, children under 12 yrs old must be supervised by an adult, and will be required to wait in the lobby waiting area. (one small seat)  We do not provide services for children under the age of 12.

9. We accept All Credit Cards and Cash. No Checks accepted.

10. Booking your appointment with a JR STYLIST will save you money, but the appointment may take a bit longer than you're used to. Our JR STYLISTS are licensed, but are new to the industry and are working under the Senior Stylist's supervision.

Clients that fail to provide 48 hour notice of cancellation/reschedule will be charged 50% of that appointments services and asked to provide a deposit for future appointments. Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your timely arrival is appreciated. Clients that do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment times MAY be asked to reschedule or adapt the services done that day.
