*If any new clients (new to the stylist, not necessarily new to the salon, including client's family members) book online with a stylist who is not taking new clients, we will be rescheduling with a stylist who is taking new clients. If there's no availability with another stylist, we'll be automatically cancelling. Thank you so much for understanding that we only have so much time in a day, and we have to ensure that our schedules are set up properly so we don't burn out!*

Cancellation Policy

We ask that if you do need to cancel your appointment, please let us know, by phone or through your online account, at least 24 hours in advance. No call no show or late cancellations will result in an automatic charge of 50% of service cost.

Cards on File

All clients are required to keep an updated card on file before any service can take place. No exceptions.

No employee, contractor, or owner of Medusa's Hair Parlour will ever have access to your card saved on file (excluding the last 4 digits). Cards are only held for the enforcement of salon policies and will not be charged unless in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show fee only.
