We require 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the canceled appointment. If cancellations becomes a re-occurrence, we may ask for payment in order to secure future appointments. All no-shows will require the missed appointment to be paid in full in order to schedule a new appointment.
