We would love to go over a couple of important details before you proceed with your booking:

We have strict 24 hour cancellation policy and credit card is required to book an appointment with us. In the event of late cancellation or a no show your card will be automatically charged 50% of the service booked, unless you have contacted us.

We appreciate your time and try our best to stay on schedule and to inform you if there is a delay. Please be courteous  and arrive to your appointment on time. 

Masks are no longer required, but we will be happy to wear a mask per your request and please feel free to wear one. If you are not  feeling well please reschedule  your appointment. 

We appreciate your understanding and support.

We will continue to sanitize all surfaces and the use of an air purifier at all times.

  If you have any questions or concerns please confirm all pricing with your stylist directly.

Please remember that all prices are starting prices only. Prices vary by stylist, texture, length or individual circumstances. If you need exact pricing per stylist please do not hesitate to call us.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your services, all refunds must be requested during 48 hour period following your appointment!
