Your appointments are very important to the Signature Team Members, and it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations.
Purchase Gift Certificates for print or email
If this is your first time to visit our new page, you will need to create a username and password. Having a username and password will give you the opportunity to see your past and future appointment history as well as any Aveda products you have purchased. You will also be able to update personal information so that we can continue to confirm your appointments and keep in touch.
If you are not able to book an appointment with your stylist online, please call the Salon, and our front desk staff will be more than happy to assist you. 217-864-5641

Signature Salon Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Since the services are reserved for you, a Cancellation Fee of 1/2 the service price will be charged if we are not notified before 24 hours.
"No Show" will be charged the price of the missed service at the time of your next booking.
