If this is your first time seeing your stylist, please select the *NEW CLIENT* Haircut option when booking, regardless of the length and texture of your hair. This will include additional time for a proper consultation.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you do not show up or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, you will be sent an invoice charging the full price of the service. Any client with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to return to any of the service providers at Dime Salon until the balance has been paid in full. 

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Anything more than a few minutes will disrupt our next client's appointment, and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to keep your scheduled appointment time.

You can cancel online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. After that, please call (902) 422-3463 or email 
info@dimesalonhalifax.com if you need to cancel or reschedule.
