We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you do not show up, or you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled start time you will be sent an invoice charging you for the full price of the service.
Any client with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to return to any of the service providers at Dime Salon until the balance has been paid in full. 

You can cancel online up to 24 hours in advance, after that please call (902)422-3463 or email info@dimesalonhalifax.com if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Anything more than a few minutes is going to disrupt our next client's appointment and we can't always guarantee that you will be able to keep your appointment time.
