First Time Booking An Appointment?

If it is your first time to spectrum for a laser or electrolysis service, please first book a consultation to ensure the service is right for you. Consultations are free and mandatory before any laser or electrolysis appointments. If you book a laser or electrolysis appointment as a first time client to spectrum, it will be changed to a consultation and a service appointment will be booked accordingly, following the consultation. 

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation

4 Reminders are sent automatically for all booked appointments. Clients may reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment before the 24 hour mark via email, phone (voicemail) or DM (Instagram/Facebook). Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a "Last Minute Cancellation" or "No Show" Fee. Please Read Below.

Failure to provide 24 hours' notice: Automatic charge to client's credit card on file of 50% of service(s) booked.

Failure to provide any notice (no show): Automatic charge to client's credit card on file of 100% of service(s) booked.

No Refunds on Treatments/Services or product, as per New Client Intake Form signed during Consultation Appointment. Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals.
