Cancellation Policy: We schedule your reservations, especially for you. Therefore, by calling or emailing our salon company, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Reservation deposits, if requested, are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different reservation when rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice.

 

Less than 48-hour notice will result in a 50% of service charged to the credit card on file. "No shows" will be charged 100% of service to the credit card on file.

 

Late Policy: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, we may not be able to provide the service you have scheduled, and the cancellation fee above will apply.

 

Policies:

All reservations require a credit card on file, and a 25% reservation deposit is requested. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different reservation when rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice. You may pay in the salon on the day of your service with the card of your choice.


Reservation day:

Guests will receive a text message 15 minutes before the reservation allowing for remote check-in.     


Valet parking is available at a discounted rate in the NEMA Parking Garage located on Jessie Street. Mention you're visiting Steel + Lacquer to valet and ask our Guest Service Experts for a stamp on your ticket.
