Before you arrive, please complete our Pandemic Related Release form

If you have previously completed our Pandemic Related Release, you do not need to resubmit.  


Cancellation Policy: We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours of notice for cancellations.


Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved service to the credit card on file. "No shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service to the credit card on file.


Late Guest Policy: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and the cancellation fee above will apply.
