Cancellation Policy: We book your reservations, especially for you. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations by calling or emailing our salon company.  Reservation deposits, if requested, are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different reservation when rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice.

 

Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved service to the credit card on file. "No shows" will be charged 100% of reserved service to the credit card on file.

 

Late Guest Policy: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled, and the cancellation fee above will apply.

 

Guest Policies:

A credit card on file will be required for all reservations and a 25% reservation deposit may be requested.  Reservation deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different reservation when rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice.  You will be given the option to pay in the salon on the day of your service.
