Thank you for choosing Urban LA Salon! Before booking your appointment online, please review the following information:

• New Clients: All new clients requesting a chemical service must schedule a consultation prior to their appointment.
• Not Sure What to Book? If you're unsure which services to select or want to ensure enough time is reserved for your appointment, please call the salon and speak with our receptionist. We are happy to guide you and help book the services that best fit your needs.
• Appointment Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment time with your stylist. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment at the last minute or fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Please review our cancellation policy below for complete details.
