If you are booking a BALAYAGE or HIGHLIGHT/LOWLIGHT please book a TONER as well.

If you need a root touch up that is matching or darker than your natural color please select "BASE COLOR". If you need a base color with your balayage or highlight/lowlight please select "ADD BASE COLOR" in addition to the balayage or highlight/lowlight.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled services charged to your card on file. A same day cancellation or no show will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your scheduled services.

LATE POLICY

If you are late to your appointment, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete service and charge a late/cancellation fee if necessary. If you anticipate that you will be late, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full.

15 minutes late is considered a "no show" and will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
