Cancellations:
If you are cancelling your appointment, please email or text us at (510) 276- 2040 with the date and time of your service(s) at least 48 hours in advance or a $50 fee for any coloring service will be noted to your profile and an invoice will need to be paid off before booking any future appointments. No exceptions will be made.

Appointment Confirmations:
Three attempts will be made by e mail, phone call, and text. After the third attempt with no response, the system will automatically CANCEL your appointment.
