Please note a credit card is required to book online, however, your card will not be charged at this time. This card is to be used in accordance with the following cancellation/rescheduling policy:

Bellagena Med Spa requires at least twenty-four (24) hours notice for all cancellations/rescheduling. Less than twenty-four (24) hours notice for a cancellation/rescheduling will be subject to a 50% service fee (equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the service scheduled (eg. $100 service = $50 cancellation fee). A No Call No Show will be subject to a 100% service fee (equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the scheduled service (eg. $100 service = $100 cancellation fee). Arriving fifteen (15) minutes late or later to a scheduled appointment may result in a No Call No Show and would incur the respective cancellation fee (100% of the total cost of the service).

Consultation appointments will require a $25 deposit to be paid at time of booking. This deposit is equal to the cost of the appointment (no payment required day of) but will be considered forfeited in the event that the consultation is cancelled or rescheduled with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice. The deposit will also be considered forfeited in the event of a No Call No Show.

Group bookings (3 or more people or 4 or more total service hours booked) will require a 50% deposit and be subject to a seven (7) day cancellation/reschedule policy. Less than 7 days notice will result in a fee equal to cost of services booked.

Any appointments booked with The Beauty and Wellness Institute (Dr. Pamela Chapman) may be subject to different cancellation/reschedule policies. Please check directly with The Beauty and Wellness Institute directly as it and Bellagena are separate entities.
