    Please be as accurate as possible when booking your services as this will allow your stylist or therapist enough time to meet all your needs. If you have requested a certain provider we do are best to accommodate you. There is always the possibility that the provider may have to be changed from time to time.

       Please note online appointments cannot be made for same day service. If you are looking for a same day appointment you must call the salon @704-310-5941. All online appointments have to be made at least 12 hours in advance, If you cannot make your appointment time or need to make a change please call ASAP to reschedule.

     If you are booking to redeem gift card for a service and a deposit is required please book pending appointment and call or email salon immediately with your gift card number so we can complete the booking.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
