We require a 48 hour notice for rescheduling and cancellation, please call us at the number listed below.

Due to the variable nature of online booking, we may have to move your appointment to best accommodate the service provider's schedule as well as our other guests' schedules. Because of these variations, we cannot guarantee that the time you select will be the final appointment time. Thank you for your flexibility. 

We gladly accept cash and check. We do accept credit cards, but there is a 2.5% service fee added and  tips cannot be put on the credit card. Tips must be cash, check, or Zelle/PayPal/Venmo (varies by service provider). Thank you for your understanding.
