The time that you schedule will be reserved exclusively for you.  As such, 24 hours' notice is appreciated if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.

Please note:  a cancellation notice within 12 hours or less of your scheduled appointment will incur a service fee equal to 50% of your cancelled or missed appointment.
