SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:

Our OCS is available for Massage, Reiki, and Body Wrap appointments with Donna, Roxanne, and Stephanie.

If you would like to schedule a Facial or Wax appointment with Meggan and/or Massage with Raeleen, please call the spa 610-466-5141.  They will call you back within 48 hours or their next business day of their work schedule.  If you are a new client to FSWS, please proceed and create your client profile as you will need this to schedule an appointment.

New and returning clients must create an online profile which includes your full name, mobile number, email address and securely storing a valid credit card on file.  All client profile requests will be reviewed by management. Client profile requests that are incomplete will not be approved and deleted from the system. 

Please be advised, all facial appointments require 50% non-refundable deposit. 

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work, or family. FSWS requires that a valid credit card number be kept on file to reserve your scheduled service. 

Your card on file will not be charged until time of service, unless cancellation/no-show policy isn't followed.  We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.  Failure to do so will result in 50% charge of services scheduled. 

If appointment is cancelled after 48 hours or a "no show" occurs, your card will be charged 75% of services scheduled.  

If we are able to successfully fill your appointment, we will be happy to waive the fee.

By scheduling an appointment through this system and/or over the phone you are acknowledging our cancellation/no-show policy and authorizing payment.  

Check In Procedure:

15 minutes before appointment, you will receive an automated text message to check in.  Please reply to message once you arrived. We will respond via text to come in once we're ready for you!  If you check in and the door is still locked, please refrain from knocking/banging on door.  We will respond via text to come in once we're ready for you!

Gift Certificates:

If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, you may do so on line OR call and schedule a time to pick-up!  When purchasing a gift certificate online, you will need to create an account.  Then proceed to the "shop" option.  Please note all gift cards may be used for all services on our menu and/or retail products. Also, all gift card purchases may not be redeemed for cash value and are FINAL SALE.
