If you are a first time client or wanting a change in your current style or you do not know what services you would like to receive please fill out our "Client Profile" form. This can be found on our website under the services tab. Once there scroll down and click "Client Profile". This helps us to better understand your current hair and what your desired end result is. The form allows us ton estimate the time it will take to perform the services needed and the cost.  

Once we receive your profile we will return your call during normal business hours within 24hrs. 

Please note if you are a curly client we highly recommend our Curly Hair Ouidad cutting and styling services. Our haircuts that are labeled "Straight Haircut" are NOT specialized for curly hair. 

**All appointments made will require a 50% deposit. (Starting on October 3, 2022)

*We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations other than hair extensions. 

-A hair extension raise refresh appointment requires a 48-hour notice.

-A new hair extension install requires a 72-hour notice. 

Appointments that are not cancelled with the proper notice or a "no show" will result in a lost deposit. Appointments that are cancelled with the proper notice can be refunded their deposit or the deposit can be transferred to the newly rescheduled appointment time.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you will need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency. We will do our best to give grace in these moments, but we do track all late cancellations and no-shows to ensure our policy is not abused. 

We have ample parking behind our building. When you arrive please remain in your car. To let us know that you are here please confirm your curbside check-in on your phone. This alerts us you are here. We will send a text to tell you when to come into the building. If you have not received a text response within 10 minutes of arrival please call us.
