Welcome New Clients

All new clients must provide us with credit card information to secure your first appointment. A separate letter of confirmation will be sent by e-mail. Please click on reply and in the subject box type “I Agree” and send.

$75.00 Minimum total service fee is required for Credit/Debit cards charges. 

Gratuity cannot be added to Credit/Debit charges.

-Cancellations-

Please be respectful of our time as well as other clients. Your intended appointment time could have been utilized by another client. This is why we strictly enforce a 48-hour appointment change or cancellation notice.

Any appointment changes or cancellations without a 48-hour notice will be charged a full-service charge. Clients who abuse this policy will need to prepay all future appointments.

Clients with a no-show appointment will need to prepay all future appointments and payment will be forfeited if they no-show, cancel or reschedule the prepaid appointment.

A cancellation within one hour of the scheduled appointment, or an appointment canceled after the scheduled time will be considered a no-show.

-Late Arrivals-

Appointment times are reserved especially for you! Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that we can provide you with the extraordinary service and professionalism we are committed to. We understand unforeseen incidents occur; however, your service will end at the time of your originally schedules appointment. Full payment for service will be applied.

-Gift Certificates-

Gift certificates may be redeemed for original priced services or products only.

Gift certificates may not be used in conjunction with any advertised, discounted, or monthly special. There are absolutely no refunds on gift certificates.

Late arrivals and no-shows will forfeit the full amount normally charged for the scheduled appointment.

All gift certificates expire one year from the original purchase date. Donations, complimentary, or charitable event gift certificates will expire as noted on the certificate and certain restrictions may apply.

Gift certificates cannot be used toward gratuities or toward purchase of another gift certificate.

Salon Policy: A 48 hour cancellation  is required in order to avoid full service fee. I understand circumstances do occur, if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment please call (219) 229-0822.
