We have a few things we ask prior to your appointment:

Forms: Please fill out a COVID-19 Consent Form prior to every service received with us.  Please visit our website to fill out our Intake Forms  https://skindeepspajackson.com/forms/ 

We will need all correct forms filled out the day before your service. If they are not filled out prior to checking in we may not have enough time to allow for the full time of your service scheduled.

Reservations: To schedule an appointment a credit card is required to reserve your appointment. We do not charge the card on file for your service scheduled until checkout  and you may change this to a different form of payment.

Waiting Area: We temporarily do not have a waiting area due to COVID-19 guidelines. Please use our curbside text message check in or call us when you arrive.

Masks:  We no longer require you to wear a mask to your appointment if you would like your service provider to wear one please ask and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Scheduling: To schedule any packages, hydrafacials ,add on services or any service for more than one person you must call us directly. You will be unable to schedule these online, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Please Review our Policy's:

Cancellation of appointments with less than a 24-hour notice  are charged a cancellation fee of 50% of this missed service. The credit card on file is charged the cancellation fee. No shows are subject to 100% cancellation fee  of the missed service and will be required to place a nonrefundable deposit to schedule future appointments.

Late Arrivals:  If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. The full fee for your service will be charged. We may have to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late and you will be responsible for the cancellation fee of 50% of the service.

COVID-19 POLICIES: Reschedule your appointment if you are sick or have been exposed to COVID-19 or household members have been exposed or are experiencing COVID-19 Symptoms.
