PRICING are beginning prices and will increase accordingly.  If you are interested in a full color correction or booking extensions as a new client please call the salon at 423-954-6444. NEW CLIENTS will be sent a 50$ invoice that must be payed within 24 hours to secure your spot.  However, if you do not show up for your appointment or no show your 50$ deposit will be forfeited. 

CANCELLATIONS with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged half of their scheduled appt before rescheduling. No Shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled appt before rescheduling. 

LATE POLICY will provide a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. However, if you run over 10 minutes behind you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, or have your service altered to fit the time allowed. 

CHILDREN We understand that we have children as well, but we all need a minute away. Here at Southern Roots, we strive to create a lux experience for you and all our guests. So get a sitter and enjoy your break, you deserve it mama. We ask that children under 10 are not on the salon floor unless they are receiving a service.
