If you have any trouble with the online scheduler please call us at 317-632-1947. We sometimes have time slots and services available that are unable to be booked online, but can be scheduled over the phone. Same day services are not available online.
If you are a new color client, we highly recommend calling the salon to make sure you have booked the correct time allotment for your services. It is important to us that we have as much time as needed to properly care for your hair!
If you are a new haircut client, please select "new client haircut" or "new client clipper cut" This will ensure your stylist has a little extra time for a consultation.
Our stylists Haley, Trinity, and Sophie are taking new men's cuts.
We cannot guarantee your preferred stylist for new clients or blow out when booked online.
Please take note of our cancellation policy
We require a 48 hour notice for cancellation/rescheduling of appointments.
Failure to notify WiP within the timeframe above, no matter the reason, will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. (Ex. You’re booked for a haircut that costs $65 and cancel the day before your appointment, your fee would be $32.50) If you need to reach us during non-business hours to cancel you can do so by leaving a voicemail or emailing downtownwip@gmail.com
A NO CALL NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 100% OF THE SERVICE
