COVID POLICY    

By booking an appointment you agree to abide by the following policies and protocols.

If you (or anyone in the household) is not feeling well or exhibiting  ANY  illness; Cold, Covid-19, or Flu symptoms, we respectfully require that you schedule your appointment at least 10 days after you have been symptom-free.

We also respectfully require that no one in the household has been exposed (close contact) with someone diagnosed with Covid-19, or has traveled outside of the US in the last 10 days. 

Masks required everyone age 3+ up

  • Symptoms include: Congestion or Runny Nose, Fever or Chills, Cough, Sore throat, Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or Body Aches, Headache, New loss of Taste or Smell,  Nausea, Vomiting, or Diarrhea.
  • Covid-19 testing or vaccination do NOT make you exempt from these policies. 
  • Credit Cards required to book appointment.  *Appointments are non refundable if; rescheduled within 24 hours, cancelled within 24 hours, no-show, or covid-19 guidelines are not met. 

Setting up your online account:

  • If you have an existing e-mail in our system, you may need to “reset your password”, to create an account.
  • If your scheduling multiple children, each child will need their own appointment.
