**Appointments are charged in full if; rescheduled within 24 hours, cancelled within 24 hours, no-show

Setting up your online account:

• If you have an existing e-mail in our system, you may need to “reset your password”, to create an account.
• If you’re scheduling multiple children, each child will need their own appointment.

SICK / COVID POLICY

By booking an appointment you agree to abide by the following policies and protocols.

• Covid, Cold, Flu Symptoms  (please follow CDC guidelines and wait until feeling better, see list below)

• Covid Positive  (must wait 10 days)

Symptoms Include:  

• Congestion, Runny Nose, Fever/Chills, Cough, Sore throat, Vomiting, Shortness of Breath/Difficulty Breathing/Fatigue, Muscle or Body Aches, Headache, New loss of Taste or Smell, Nausea, Diarrhea.

Please note: On average we are booked out 3-6 weeks in advance!
