SICK / COVID POLICY

By booking an appointment you agree to abide by the following policies and protocols.

• Covid, Cold, Flu Symptoms  (please test/follow CDC guidelines and wait until feeling better, see list below)

• Covid Positive  (must wait 10 days)

Symptoms Include:  

• Congestion

• Runny Nose

• Fever or Chills

• Cough

• Sore throat

• Vomiting

• Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing

• Fatigue, Muscle or Body Aches

• Headache

• New loss of Taste or Smell

• Nausea

• Diarrhea

Credit Cards required to book appointment 

**Appointments are charged in full if; rescheduled within 24 hours, cancelled within 24 hours, no-show

Setting up your online account:

• If you have an existing e-mail in our system, you may need to “reset your password”, to create an account.
• If you’re scheduling multiple children, each child will need their own appointment.

Regular Buisness Hours: Tues-Fri 9am-6pm   |   Sat. 9am-3pm   |   Sun. closed
