CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your appointment online, anytime within 48 hours of your originally scheduled service. If you wish to cancel it after this time, please contact us. We ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Though we do understand that this is not always possible it allows us the opportunity to get another paying customer into that vacant slot. As long as you do not make a habit of canceling with little notice or no-showing your appointment, we will not make a habit of charging you. If you choose no-show, you will be subject to a 50% charge of the missed service before you are able to reschedule with us.
