Cancellation Policy

Please cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment to allow us to fill the appointment window.

• Canceling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of your service. 
• Failing to call or attend your appointment will result in a "no show" fee of 100% of your service.

*If your card on file is inactive, you will be required to pay your cancellation fees over the phone before booking your next appointment. Online booking will be disabled until paid, and card on file must be updated.

At Trio Evanston, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you feel that you are unhappy with your cut or color, we ask that you reach out within 7 days of your service for a complimentary adjustment at no cost to you.
