Cancellation Policy Summary

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
  • ConfirmationText messages are sent 48 hours before your appointment. If not confirmed, your appointment may be cancelled. Please reply to confirm.
  • Multiple Last-Minute Changes: If you cancel or reschedule more than once with less than 24 hours' notice, a deposit is required before booking again.
  • No-Shows: Will be charged 50% of the service fee as a deposit for the next appointment

 

Late Policy

  • Arriving late or more may lead to reduced service or rescheduling to other customers. Repeated lateness may be treated as a no-show.
  • The salon values everyone’s time and aims to maintain a smooth experience for all clients.
  • Double Appointments: If you accidentally book two appointments, call 416-538-1254 to resolve it.
