Cancellation & Appointment Policy

To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies:

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.

24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Call 570-321-7484 and leave a message if needed.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be charged.

Same-day (non-emergency) cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows or failure to cancel will result in full charge for the scheduled service(s).
