   UPDATE

Well folks, it is with great joy and sadness that I'm writing this. The Art of Hair on First was my first foray into self employment. Through this type of business I have learned A LOT of lessons, made lifelong friendships, and have me some wonderful clients. I've been at the Art of Hair on First for 7 years. During this time I have made a lot of personal life changes. I moved, got married, and started working with another salon, DEPT.two in Two Harbors. 

And it's here where I'll say that, starting November I will begin phasing out of the Art of Hair on First to move full tie to DEPT.two. It will be a slow transition but I have a feeling it will go fast. I will be knocking my work week in Duluth down to Tuesday and Wednesdays, while working in Two Harbors Monday and Thursday. I will dial it back again at a later date but when I know, you'll know. 

I know it will be inconvenient to some who have been with me for years who don't want to travel farther or who already travel to see me and I am trying to work out a schedule that allows me to continue to take care of all my Duluth clientele while being in Two Harbors. I understand if that is just not feasible for some so if you would like recommendations for another stylist, please don't hesitate to ask, it will not offend me to gift you to someone I know will take care of you. Please be patient with me if i can't get you in when you want. My schedule is tight but remember there are 2 locations you can go to see me for your hair needs. 

Due to my move and downsized schedule, I will no longer be taking new clients in Duluth. That is with the exception of weddings, which I'm always willing to do.  If you really want to see me, reach out at 218.269.1105 and I will be more than happy to see you in Two Harbors. 

Thank you to the clients who have supported me throughout the years. You all are the reason I even have a career. YOu all have gotten me to this point and I hope our journey will continue...just a little farther north.
