Company Policy: Please read before booking
By booking an appointment you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below-
COVID-19 EMERGENCY GUIDELINES (PLEASE READ):
Accounts must be created under the parent's name. Please click on "Join Now" to open an account for easy online booking. Once all of the parent’s information is added to the account please click on "My account" tab (LOCATED AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE).
Next, click on "My profile". Scroll down until you see the button that reads "ADD CHILD". Please add each of your children to your account. Once you are finished adding your children you can then proceed to booking an appointment.
You can do so by simply clicking on the "Appointments" tab then "Schedule an appointment" (LOCATED AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE).
Our service providers book on an appointment only basis. Appointments must be scheduled and selected accurately in order for the correct amount of time to be allotted for the stylist.
Please allow 24 hours for cancellations online. To cancel/reschedule an appointment after the 24 hour mark, please CALL/TEXT us at (702) 781-2253. If you do not call/text to cancel and also do not show, you will be prohibited from online booking. If you are more than 5 minutes late we reserve the right to skip you without guarantee of being serviced next. This is so we can preserve our quality of service that we stand for.
*Please understand that we are working with children. Due to the unpredictable nature of our business, appointments on rare occasion may be behind by a few minutes, we try to keep this to a minimum, and in this event the stylist will still see you.
