As a Top hair colorist, he was privileged to serve on the board of the International Hair color Exchange. Bart has trained with and educated for numerous hair color manufacturers, giving him the tools necessary to specialize in every area of hair coloring. His loyal clients come from all areas of Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, New Jersey, New York & Delaware. All cancellations must be made with more than 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be held accountable for 50% of your scheduled services. If you do not show up for your appointment without notice you will be responsible for 100% of your scheduled services. If you cancel 2 appointments, a 50% deposit will be required for all future bookings
