Lovely Salon is located inside Salon Beaux Cheveux tucked just inside Oak Ridge North in the Woodlands at 27562 Robinson Road. 

A little introduction!

Erica has been in the beauty industry for over ten years and has a passion for creating beautiful hair. She fell in love with the beauty industry as a third-generation hairdresser; through her family she found Paul Mitchell Schools where she was a Future Professional and an instructor. Behind the chair, she is all about creating a comfortable, quality experience for her guests to relax and walk out looking effortlessly cool. She focuses on maintaining the optimum health of the hair and scalp long-term while creating custom looks for each guest, and loves to educate each guest thoroughly on their personal plan. She loves bright colors, fabulous blondes, and taking a creative approach to all types of haircutting. Outside of the salon, Erica enjoys spending time with her pets, video gaming, reading, cars, and the outdoors!

Not feeling chatty today? 

That’s totally okay! Erica thoroughly understands that life can be crazy and overwhelming sometimes, and that we aren’t always feeling chatty once we make it to our appointment times. If in advance you're feeling like you may not want to chat much during your appointment, feel free to select the “Silent Service” option during your service selection when booking your appointment. Erica will be prepared for a quiet service for you to relax during your services. Some streaming services are available for your use. 

Salon Policies

Illness: 

As temperatures fluctuate, cold and flu season is upon us! Erica is a small business owner/service provider with autoimmune illnesses and a compromised immune system; she does not get sick days, PTO, or health insurance included so she strives to maintain a healthy and safe environment for herself and all of her wonderful clients. In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, Lovely Salon requires that if you or anyone in your household (including children and partners) have or are showing signs or the onset of symptoms of ANY infectious or contagious illness immediately inform Erica or Salon Beaux Cheveux management. This includes, but is not limited to: COVID-19, stomach viruses, head colds, cough, respiratory infections, fever, staph infection of the skin anywhere on the body, fungal infection of the skin anywhere on the body, ringworm anywhere on the body, etc.) If you arrive to your appointment with symptoms of an illness, Lovely Salon or Salon Beaux Cheveux staff reserve the right to ask you to leave the salon, and you will be charged 50% of the service prior to rescheduling your appointment.

Children:

We understand how challenging it can be to find time to spend on yourself. We also know that your “me time” may not always align with your salon appointments. We love children and hope you understand we cannot ensure their safety while in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience for the guests of our salon neighbors. We ask that children (under the age of 12) do not accompany you for any salon appointment lasting longer than 15 minutes unless accompanied by an additional caregiver. Children must be supervised by their caregiver at all times and may not for any reason be left unattended in the waiting areas. Erica, as well as Salon Beaux Cheveux stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of service possible. In the event your child becomes disruptive to the other clients in the salon, Salon Beaux Cheveux management and Erica have the right to ask you and your child to leave. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals, and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. 

Payment and Pricing:

All prices stated are a minimum pricing for requested services. Pricing for individuals may fluctuate for various reasons. With the ever-changing economy, prices of materials, supplies, and other necessities are constantly changing. Pricing may fluctuate due to extended appointment times to accommodate custom services, amount of time and/or product necessary to complete services, and changes in salon costs.  Lovely Salon has the right to change prices at any time without notification. Personal checks are not accepted, however cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and debit cards are accepted.

Erica is dedicated to creating the best results possible, but if you are unsatisfied with your services please reach out. No refunds are provided, however if contact is made within 72 hours, accommodations can be made for correction. Corrective services must be scheduled within 5 business days of contact.

Personal Items:

Lovely Salon and Salon Beaux Cheveux are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Capes and robes are provided to protect clothing.

Right to Refuse:
Salon Beaux Cheveux and Lovely Salon staff reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.
