 PAYMENTS 

All appointments are made with a valid credit or debit card placed on file. All transactions are non-refundable and are applied to services booked or with one rescheduling.  A NEW PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO REBOOK FOR MISSED/NO CALL/ NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS. ALL SERVICES ARE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING. DEPOSITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. PAYMENT PLANS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR BODY CONTOURING PACKAGES. 

Late Cancellation | No Show Policy

If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you give us 12 hours’ advance notice. If you cancel within less than 12 hours, you will be charged 50% of the full-service price of all appointments booked.

If you do not show up for your appointment (no call/ no show), you will be charged 100% of the full-service price of all appointments booked. PAYMENTS are non-refundable. If you are a no-call/no-show, cancel and or don't reschedule your appointment - another PAYMENT is due for you to make a new appointment. All no-show appointments will be marked as such.

RUNNING LATE

Please don’t hesitate to call. We allow a 10-minute grace period.* However, if you're more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule you for a different time with a late fee applied to avoid interfering with other appointments.
