Cancellation Policy with online booking or call in appointments:

We require 48-hour notice for a penalty free cancellation of appointments. 

Clients can cancel appointments by using their mobile app, by calling the salon, or by leaving a voicemail if out of salon hours. Clients canceling appointments with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of the appointments menu price. 

No Show Policy: 

If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject to pay 100% of the services booked. They will also be required to attach a credit card to their file to book future appointments. Clients who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.

We accept debit/credit cards and cash, cash tips for the stylists are preferred.
