1.No call no show- If you do not show to your appointment you’ll be moved to a block list until a $25 fee is given to the stylist whose appointment was missed, and then you will be unlocked to reschedule. 

After 2 times you may no longer schedule at our salon. 

2.Late- After a 10 MINUTE grace period you will have to reschedule- 

IF an exception is made by your stylist a $25 late fee is added.

3. 24 hour cancellation- if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service, especially the day of, there will be a $25 fee for the hour

we will be stuck sitting there when other clients could 

of came if they had notice. 

4.After hours/squeeze ins- What our online booking calendars show

 is what is available- if you contact us  to add you to a date or time not on the calendar there is a $20 squeeze in fee for working over time/staying late/adding people in that didn’t schedule according .
