You are responsible for reading the following POLICY when booking your appointment

Preparation -  Please come with your hair washed and ready to braid. If you need your hair wash, there will be an additional fee. Natural hair must blown out! A $10 fee is applied if I have to detangle & blow out your hair

 All lace frontals, closures, wigs. Must be dropped of 24hours prior to appointment time for customizing. Same day customization is an additional $25

Late fee – Client is to arrive at scheduled appointment time unless instructed otherwise. Failure to arrive at scheduled time will result in fees & or cancellation. Arrival after 15 minutes will result in $20 late fee. Arrival 30 minutes late if able to service you there will be $35 late fee

Appointment Cancellation –

You may cancel your appointment 48hours before the date & time of your appointment. Cancellation after 48hrs will result in fees.

Appointment Cancellation - 30% of service cost.

Guest – Absolutely no extra guest is allowed during your appointment.

Extensions -  Extensions must be CLEAN, dry, free of thread, product and ready for installation.

* Please consult with me before attempting to remove your lace installation if you are unsure of what to do. I am NOT responsible for any damages done to your hair or extensions after you leave my chair.
