All clients are asked to review salon policies prior to appointments.

Desert Strands is located inside Salon Beaux Cheveux in suite 204 upstairs. 

Extension Appointments: 

All existing extension clients are welcome to book online. The booking option shows it priced as hourly however it is per row, the booking system will not let me adjust it. 

New extension clients require an extension consult first before a full extension appointment will be allowed. If a new client books an extension appointment I will be reaching out as well as changing it to a consult appointment. The consult is for me to see your hair prior to you coming and making sure you are booked correctly. It is also so we can order your hair and make sure it matches and gets in before your appointment. 

Salon Policies: 

We ask that you arrive on time for all appointments. We do give a 15 minute grace period. After the grace period a reschedule will be required. 

While we love children, we take pride in our intimate setting and kindly ask that no children accompany during services. 

Cancellation Policy:

We require a credit card to be held on file to reserve all appointments, your card will not be charged when placed on file. 

In the event you would need to cancel an appointment, Desert Strands requires a 24 hour notice. For any cancellations less than 24 hours the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 

We understand life happens. Please reach out to Megan when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. 

Client satisfaction is a priority at Desert Strands. If you are unhappy with the service you received, please let Megan know within 72 hours. Refunds are not provided; however, if Megan is made aware that you are dissatisfied within 72 hours, corrections can be accommodated. Corrections will need to be scheduled within a week after contacting Megan. 

Megan and Salon Beaux Cheveux management have the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.
