NEW CLIENTS: Hello and I look forward to meeting you! Please read info below before booking online. 

*Consultations are complimentary (10min)*  Texture curl/coil levels 3a,b,c 4a,b,c require an in-person consultation prior to booking to determine appointment time length for haircuts/styles and/or color services. 

*Brazilian blow out keratin service require an in-person consultation to determine service length and outcome expectations.  

*new color client can always email/message me to ask any questions or if unsure what to book online. I will get back to you as soon as I can within 24-48 hours. Color corrections require an in-person consultation and price quote.

*If you do not have high texture levels of hair you can book your color/cut appointment online. Please choose the option of "new client" when booking so we have extra consultation time. 

*I only require in-person consultations for new clients with extra thick and/or extra long hair, or the above mentioned levels of textures. I want to make sure those clients have plenty of time scheduled to do what is needed for their amount of hair.

• If new client appointments are not confirmed by the client by 10 AM the morning of your appointment your spot will be forfeited and given to next person on waitlist. PLEASE confirm your reserved appointment time via the text or email sent by the salon booking system. 

*Payments can be made by Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AmEx. No personal checks accepted. Thank you.

While I am in the salon working, I will not have immediate access to my booking messages, so kindly give me 24+hours to reply to inquiries.

Note:

Our salon booking system is adept and efficient at sending plenty of reminders and opportunities to confirm or modify appointments. I work on an appointment only structure and it is important that I protect my schedule from no-shows and last minute changes. I appreciate your understanding, and I thank you.  

CANCELLATION POLICY: I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel regular services. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Longer services such as Brazilian Keratin treatments, Balayage, Foilyage and Full head highlights require 48 hour notice to cancel with a 50% fee. NO SHOWS will incur a 100% fee. (I understand life and emergencies happen so there is some flexibility, please contact me directly.) You can cancel appts before the 24 hour window online. Log in to your account to do so.
