Salon Booking Policies

Payments

Cash, Zelle, and Venmo accepted. Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required for all color, extension, and select specialty services to secure your appointment time.

• Standard color services: $50 deposit
• Highlight services: $75–$100 deposit
• Microlink installs: $200 deposit
• Extension maintenance: $100 deposit

Deposits apply toward your final service total and are forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, same-day reschedules, or no-shows.

Pricing

All services are starting rates and may increase based on hair density, length, time, and product usage.

• Extra-long or thick hair: +$30
• Additional color: +$10 per extra bowl (6 oz included)

Guests & Children

Due to limited suite space, no extra guests or children unless being serviced.
Children are welcome only if they can remain seated quietly without supervision.
Children’s services are priced the same as adult services.

Curly / Natural Hair Clients

Hair must arrive fully detangled unless a detangle service is booked.

• Curly cuts: arrive with hair dry and worn in its natural curl pattern
• Detangling fee: $65 per hour

Microlink & Extension Services

A consultation is required before booking all microlink services.
Microlink installs include cleansing, conditioning, blow-dry, trim, and installation.

• Hair is not included; pricing reflects install only
• Maintenance is recommended every 6–8 weeks
• Maintenance pricing applies to installs completed by Beauty by Teal. Outside installs require consultation and approval prior to booking.
• Additional rows, density, or custom blending may increase pricing
• Previously worn extension hair must be clean, dry, detangled, organized, and free of thread or buildup
• Unprepared extension hair: +$45 prep fee
• Removal must be booked separately

Late Arrivals / Cancellations

Appointments delayed 15 minutes or more may require rescheduling depending on service time reserved.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

After one no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for all future bookings.

Service Policy

No refunds on completed services.
Adjustment requests must be made within 48 hours of appointment.
