+ booking is available a maximum of 3-6 weeks in advance - any appointments booked beyond that are subject to approval/cancellation

+ two or more cancellations within 90 days will result in revocation of booking

+ pre-booking will always be an option at the end of any visit

+ prior history is available via the online portal » My Account » services & Retail

If you haven't already received an email, check your Inbox's auxiliary folders - social, spam, junk, etc.
